@@rasatiit can very easily be found that spacex has actually been using that land for economical benefit while CAH literally bought it to do nothing with just so they could “own” trump. You can be punished by law for having land and doing literally nothing with it
No, they bought the land to con simpletons with TDS into buying more cards. If Trump as president had wanted to build on that land then he would have simply used eminent domain to legally kick them off the land and reimburse them for it's market value.
Basically for anyone who's confused, CAH has pulled multiple political stunts over the years as a kind of "trolls remorse" for being so offensive. This time they bought a piece of land right up against both the border and a space x compound. According to the legal side of things, who owns the specific strip of land actually is in dispute, normally this would be a fairly easy day in court where the records are pulled up and surveys are done. CAH is being openly malicious and doesn't want an easy court day, they want to cause problems so they're filing malicious litigation to try and pull numerous people they don't like into court. CAH actually likely would have won since it's likely the newer survey they had done was correct, but because of all the frivolous filings they included with it, they may end up paying more then they'll get.
Finally someone reasonable in this comments, tge others are taking the comedy skit as just a retellings of the real lofe negotiation for the case. Also Cards Against Humanity might not want to clutch those pearls so close to their face, after all they just pulled them out of their ass. It's like 40k organizing a music festival with pop and country songs.
I'm also confused how CAH could expect to get $15 million out of it. Assuming the judge rules in favor of them, typically they'd just get an injunction against SpaceX using the property anymore, and SpaceX would have to clean up anything left on the property (or pay to have it cleaned up)
It seems petty until you see the pictures they posted. They didnt just park machines on that plot. They absolutley decimated it with industrial crap when it was a clean field
And Joss Whedon is so scared we're gonna vote for Trump, he stopped harassing ppl like Charisma Carpenter & Michelle Trachtenberg to make an ad about it. Wow.

Cards against humanity claiming racism is hurting their company don't read their own cards
The point of the cards is that the racism is shocking and unacceptable and would not be said in real life and especially not by anyone you should take seriously. The cards are AGAINST humanity. Implying racism is against humanity is inhumane.
People like Trump and Musk use racist phrases quite differently and seriously in matter of actual importance and to hurt entire categories of people.
CAH dropping the mic on Sissy SpaceX😂
I absolutely love the Cards Against Humanity creators
You are a yugio protag with the way you changed how this game worked ( im tring to make a joke referencing the creation of penjulum summoning; my point os your shorts are really great)
Way before Pendulums, Yugi would play a card called Living Arrow that just . . . lets him pull rules out of his arse.
cah has done a lot of work in preventing future issues iirc, cant really say the same for musk.
You genuinely think the people that make rude jokes have done more for our future than the guy who made electric cars something that people would actually drive and who is also the best chance the US has at getting back into space, who also previously revolutionised online payments?
@@lakevna None of the things you mentioned were done by Elon. Why all that bootlicking for a billionaire who doesn't even know you exist?

This goes on a huge tangent about trump rather than what SpaceX is doing to the land that they don't own.
>”huge tangent”
>looks inside
>trump mentioned twice
It’s because CAH collected donations to buy the land with the explicit intent of fucking over Trump’s plans.
Knowingly allowing an avid Trump donator/associate buy the land, or use it illegally, potentially breaches CAH’s contract with the donors, opening them up to potential lawsuits.
>"huge tangent"
>mentions why they bought the land
>mentions why the lawsuit is being made
>mentions that the people doing the illegal are in the group wich was the reason to buy the land.

@@ShawbladeNo, he's running business operations on land he does not own. Land that belongs to CAH. An unassuming person might think that CAH sold the land to Elon, when the reality is that they didn't.
@@starziesthe problem is that no one really “owns” land here in America. We’re all renting the land from the government and the government can take it away at any point. CAH doing political stunts is stupid.
ignore the legalese, look at the actual lawsuit and what its about. him using land he didnt own. simple as. does your neighbor get to take over your yard just because theyre gonna "create jobs" by hiring a lawnmower to do both yards? its a simple case, theres complex legalese cause elon has the money to heavily rig the court in his favour
@@starzies Mr Musk now owns it because of Squatting loopholes

This is honestly pretty funny. I’m not gonna lie.😅😂
"I don't think either of you are playing this game correctly."
I helped buy that land. I and many of the other owners are furious that our PRISTINE land has been clearly damaged and polluted by SpaceX.
i love how they also said that they are willing to drop the lawsuit for ownership of twitter/X. honestly i approve of that trade so much
Being accused and being proven, that's the difference
When CAH didn’t pay the property taxes, the lawsuit completely vanished. 🤣
Are you just making up a fantasy in your head? I can’t find anything about them not paying taxes
I mean, i feel like it would be wierd to not be excited about that snake, no? It looks so cute!!!!
Assuming the judge rules in favor of them, typically they'd just get an injunction against SpaceX using the property anymore, and SpaceX would have to clean up anything left on the property (or pay to have it cleaned up)
Politician: I love eminent domain.

@@dame3323 hell no
@@dame3323 Yes. Private companies are not people, and companies established for commerce and profit should not be allowed to engage in politics. It's one thing to offer comments on proposed regulations, that makes a lot of sense. It's a totally different matter for multi-billion dollar companies to back political candidates.
It's really a matter of who you want your politicians to hold allegiance to - money, or the people?
Right now many of them are bound to money. Take a look around, how's that working out for us?
The lawsuit was against Mr. Musk, from what i've found, not SpaceX, which Elon is just the biggest shareholder, not the owner.
Musk is free to support however he pleases as the person Elon Musk. But All I saw looking it up was "CAH suing Elon Musk", nothing with "CAH suing Elon Musk's SpaceX".
Pure petty authoritarism jusice, like the spat Musk got with the brazilian supreme court.
BTW, the federal government has the authority to just take your land, paying market value as compensation. It has to go through congress, but that little stunt stops nothing but Trump and other priavate individuals from building it, And if they refuse to let a wall get up, they could be arrested for facilitating criminal activity.
