The estate of Khallikote played a unique role in the annals of Odisha history. The history of the Royal family of this estate can be traced back as 13th century.The Khallikote Palace in Ganjam, Odisha is a 17-acre palatial building that was built on the site of a royal palace owned by the Raja's of Khallikote. The palace is now home to the Govt. College of Art & Crafts and is part of Odisha Heritage.
