he probably has a replay glitch he’s been using since it was in the game, if not he’s just simply built different
He probably has gta + if u have that then you’ll be able to get the panther statue

When I fall in 1st person it automatically changes into 3rd
go in parameters then camera and there is an option "1st person falling"

Its all about timing it correctly, try turning it on right when the guy who pays you in the cutscene is gonna take his fourth and last step in the cutscene.
