CPS पर हाई कोर्ट के फैसले पर बोले जयराम ठाकुर कहा, हाईकोर्ट ने सही फैसला दिया

#jairamthakur #himachalpradesh #bjp #congress जो हाईकोर्ट का फैसला आया है CPS को लेकर वो सही है। मगर हमारी मांग है कि इन विधायकों को विधायक से भी हटाया जाना चाहिए और अगले छै साल तक इनपर चुनाव लड़ने पर भी प्रतिबंध लगना चाहिए। हमारी सरकार के वक्त भी सीपीएस लगाने के सुझाव आए थे मगर हमने सीपीएस नहीं लगाए थे क्योंकि बीजेपी का साफ मानना है कि सीपीएस की नियुक्ति unconatitutional है। हम फैसले को लीगल एग्जामिन करेंगे कि इसमें आगे क्या कार्यवाई हो सकती है। सरकार गिराना हमारा काम नहीं है पर सरकार बचाना कांग्रेस का काम है हम पार्टी के अंदर चर्चा करेंगे कि इस मामले में आगे कानूनी तौर पर क्या कर सकते हैं।
