We like your videos but girl you gotta take a breath every now and then. We joke about how you always sound out of breath, gasping for air. It's not lack of cardio, you just aren't taking natural pauses after long stretches of speaking. A public speaking class might help you see where you'd naturally take breaths during pauses in speech.
