yay for revamping old heroes, more content, and maybe we could get different teams, a good bleed vanguard team, plz make it happen, Guan Yu could use some love, and many other older heroes. I don't want to have high expectations, but it is exciting don't you think?
I still need tons of gene hybrid, red runes, and limited tickets to pull new upcoming heroes (especially collab heroes), thats a lot of things going on for me as free to play, and now they made it worse by releasing awakening thing, 1 year running yet this game is lack of players, i do not know if i will continue with this game, and yes it is sad for me.

We decided to make the following arrangements and provide 100 virtual training coins. - Ultimate Dire Bear mashes down at the location, infliction 1k % ATK now. - Ultimate Dire Bear has 120% of Daniel's ATK now. - Enemies hit by Electro Blast get +50% damage by summons now. - Damage triggered by Electro Blast increased to 1200 / 1300/ 1400% now. *Please restart the game if you encounter combat verification failed issue.*" Didn't except this AT ALL ! From good to overpowered.
Looking forward to when I can give this a try but atm I have bigger fish to fry, my Daniel is only mythic 2 so I'm saving every resource possible for the Collab as I'll always be able to awaken in the future but who knows if I'll get another shot at the collab characters 🤷♂️
Im just saying if there isn't hero specific soul and there is just one soul like chaos. There wouldn't be so much negativity. Whales would still spend the same amount and f2p, small/average spenders could be more strategic about awakening. Im not sure how to approach now.
Very fair point, once more characters become available it's going to be exponentially longer to get shards unless they did something like a wishlist on giant tower and we know that won't happen 😂
Those awa crystals should be universal and people should decide if they keep it for other heroes in future or upgrade hero which devs already turn on awa mechanic
This. I would've been actually okay with the system if the nucleus were universal. I've had the same complaint about SP heroes. The fact that you're pigeon holed into just Daniel makes it kind of suck for F2P.
I am a very low spender and I don't really care. Lol. It's just par for the course in Gacha games. I am more concerned that they give us more sources of gene hybrids with all these new SSS they keep rattling off with collab events. If they don't give us more Gene Hybrid frags or full genes in a mode soon. It's sucks being 4-5 SSS behind that I want to build. Screw that.
i also like the system, specially if they keep it for older heroes that arent that strong in their respective classes anymore. they could do really nice things to heroes like Leo (maybe make him rage based when hes awakened) or Emma (make her able to crit) or masrani or Bailey. sometimes i felt like every new hero released made an old hero obsolete so that kinda sucks that you can only compete if you have the 2-3 newest heroes for each class. with this system that could change completely and lots of different team comps within each class could work in different scenarios.

The awakening system is out today and I already got my daniel awakened, with substantial stat increase and looks like in 20 days of digital war I can get my 2nd. Imo game still good but idk why in youtube ppl seem to be a bit overly negative. Like we got a shitton of free shit for the anniversary and ppl already bitching about this update and an Evangelion (pretty huge IP) event coming

That's waaayyy to much of an investment these system is supposed to help older heroes become relevant but when you have to invest so much your better off just letting them die these makes no sense these is up there is the investment for an SP.
Dyllar do you suggest that everyone spend the 80 ltds every giant's tower? Is it worth it? Is awakened Dan worth it? Or should I save the 80 for the collab
5:42 So 400 day for 20 needed.... (for just one hero). Even after a year I got only Leo Inmortal 5, I need Heroes from the tower.... In one year this game went Full P2W.
Will there ever be a real use for diamonds again?? Im getting close to 400,000 and ive been refreshing the shop once or twice a day to speed up the red runes showing up, i buy 800 or so gems worth of lost valley, Ket ∆ and C.abyss every day and my gem count is still growing
As f2p, I was able to get Daniel to awakening 2 from 200 limiteds the day of the patch (granted not the best use of my resources). Twenty is a lot but I only want up to awakening 8 which id need 14 total. Considering the type of game this is, this is not that bad assuming his core shards remain in the shop after this week, we shall see

And are the Daniel ones going to stay in the shop when it refreshes every 13 days? How often are they going to release these on different heroes, every hero rally? To me, this just seems like another system to widen the gap between f2p/low spenders and whales/krakens.. not to mention, f2p/low spenders need giant tower hero copies and whales/krakens really don't. This just seems like a completely unnecessary system, or at the very least, is too early to release in regards to the age of the game. But like you said, this is just something to give whales/krakens something to spend their money on. Dumb.

floor 8 is pretty easy to hit, almost 100% on at least one of your attempts
