Great job Jacob! I will continue to say how great this formate is! We get your monthly baits, the thought process about how you fish them and a look at spots to fish on the map. Terrific concept and it’s very unique! Hope you and your family have a great holiday season!
We appreciate you Jacob and wish your continued success both professionally and personally. Could we maybe talk about winter kicker fish big bait? approach?
I'll happily translate for your kayak purposes. We can do everything he just said with the exception being we need to adjust the retrieve for our level in relationship to the water. Everything else applies.
Right in the Schnoza a rolla! I hope I spelled that correctly Mikey. I love your videos brotha. From the info, to the catches and most importantly BOGS!
look at lake James in NC its very unique it has 2 rivers that flow from the opposite sides of the lake, and it has Mutiple dams with all 3 Spieses of bass
The Mooch took so long moving along production that I’ve been able to bi-pass it so far. Might purchase a pack or two in 2025 though. It’s sort of like when a new restaurant comes to town, I always prefer to skip off on the hysteria and choas parts the first couple months. Most good baits will weather the storm and stick around.
This is my home lake. I live on the north end on the Roanoke River arm. I typically transition to the north end of the lake in colder water. It checks off alot of the criteria you mention. Thanks for the vids!video!! We really appreciate the information.
1/8 on a number 1 hook mooch, dragging it like a jig, especially in colder water like below 50 degrees. Walleyes like it too..👍🏼 clam shell is a must fo sho! 💯
Jacob, Gino here. I recently moved up to Central Arkansas from down south. The types of bodies of water and fishing styles is drastically different. Going from shallow dirty water lakes to clear water lakes 100+ foot deep. My main lake is concentrate on is Lake Ouachita. Any knowledge of this lake or a lake in similarities would be appreciated. Love the videos and good luck out there!
Love the content, fellow Hoosier here been fishing off the bank for 4 years now about to buy my first boat. I get to fish with friends in their boat often but would love to hear what you have to say about lake Monroe. Keep up the good work!
Break down the Ohio River preferably Louisville Ky, pool. lol it is practically featureless but pulling 14 lb bags of small mouth right now. Thanks man great videos.
can you do a vid on how to fish muddy water in the wintertime especially for us guys that have been affected by the hurricane. keep in mind are reservoirs have smallmouth spots and large mouth and that our lakes are normally really clear, and smallmouth always play more in the winter that large mouth.
Great video I asked you about your original series last month. What is going to be price point on these 2.0s. I haven’t really hit the ponds and such since July. You are getting me riled up,son with all these videos! 😂Can’t wait to get back out there, but have been to busy carving decoys. Thanks again!
@WheelerFishing We follow the bass masters regulations and rules, we fish 6 to 8 States. Sept #1 Eufaula, Ok, March #2 Louisiana, March #3 Florida, April #4 Kentucky, May #5 rend lake, IL June #6 Maryland. Two divisions bank and boater. Two day event. Saturday boat div veterans against veterans. Sunday veteran and boat captains against the other boats
Hey WJ I thought you and CD we're going to show us some more that Australia fishing.. what does Space Center just like fishing for bass except they're bigger and heavier and fight stronger something like peacock?? Oh yeah just one more thing how could you leave JDM behind in the Statesville you and CD or over there on Australia???
Oconee feeds into Sinclair both dock and seawall lakes Sinclair does have hydrilla in places whereas oconee has some on Southend by dam but they fish totally diff. I would just like to see u reference one of those lakes. They only 3hr away from u lol txs every weekend on both lakes
@WheelerFishing bad cold front the next 10days only highs in the 20s hopefully we can get on lake Michigan and jig up some lake trout nice channel you have i just subbed it 👍🐟🎣
I really wish you would do a few videos that are for us that only bank, fish. There’s a big difference between you guys boat fishing with all the electronics and us guys that fish the old fashion way. Keep up the good job but think about the other guy.
I do some bank fishing but mostly use my yak, either way my approach to bank fishing hasn't changed since Google 🌎 became a thing. Pick your water, make a new project for that water, then run backwards through "historical images". You can find images of when it was low and map the structure, contouring, channels, etc. You can mark your best options based on that data then use fishbrain or a similar app to get atmospheric data and spot predictions. Apply them both and you should see some successful trips to your favorite shoreline 😊
I know it I know you are currently on saying what you just said on your video but Happy Thanksgiving back to you I love fishing by the way David bass fish

Love the maps mixed in with the baits! Thanks Jacob
I really appreciate the comment!
Thanks for getting back to me!
I know you fish out of a boat, but I wish you can look at people that fish out of a kayak and from the bank thank you, Jacob
Indeed
Apply what he does from the boat to the yak or bank that's what I do I fish from bank i don't have either
Most of the baits work perfectly from the bank I could throw a mooch minnow crank bait or spinner bait out in a pond and catch fish all day
It's not rocket science boss, you can pretty much do anything off the bank as we can off a boat besides dropping.
I'll happily translate for your kayak purposes. We can do everything he just said with the exception being we need to adjust the retrieve for our level in relationship to the water.
Everything else applies.
Yo wheeler! Can you do a more in-depth video about the 2.0? And which model is not gonna be available/taken out?
Right in the Schnoza a rolla! I hope I spelled that correctly Mikey. I love your videos brotha. From the info, to the catches and most importantly BOGS!

The speed trap was my go-to crank on the California Delta! She bad out there! I would catch largies and stripers on them.

Looking forward to heading there next year. Thanks for checking in. 👊🏼

Would love to see this hammer come back to the elite series and make a run at the classic title!!
Watts Bar! It has a ton of species and feels like a transition lake between highland and the Tennessee river lakes.
Do a lake breakdown of Lake Norman in NC.
That would also be a good one
Can you do pickwick on the next bait of the month, I just got a bass boat this year and have no idea how to fish it
can you do a vid on how to fish muddy water in the wintertime especially for us guys that have been affected by the hurricane. keep in mind are reservoirs have smallmouth spots and large mouth and that our lakes are normally really clear, and smallmouth always play more in the winter that large mouth.
