Had a doubt. If a person keeps criticising us for years and never has appreciation for the efforts you make, you tend to remain angry. How can you forgive that person for the way he keeps treating you
If we keep thinking that he keeps criticizing us then our vibrations will reach him but if we think that this soul has the sanskaar of criticism and remain in our self-respect, swamaan me reh k apne aapko khud appreciate kare aur us aatma ko b dua de k wo dusro ki khoobiya dekh paye.
