Kobe Turner they were holographic projections Mysterio and his team used to trick everyone and to make him appear as if he was the hero it’s kinda the same as what Syndrome did in the incredibles except Mysterio was first in the comics

Nope! A bunch of little scenes of Peter running errands (including taking down some big crime family-that scene you mentioned) were cut from the beginning of the movie bc the creators thought it slowed the beginning of the film too much. They made them all into a short film that’s on the special features with the deleted scenes and stuff.
At the end when they say we hope you guys enjoy the movie as much as we loved making it what if they hated making it and thought it was ridiculous???
