I'm Catholic and I am a pianist who played for some Catholic masses. Sometimes we have to let those feelings out, but at the same time have faith that the person is with God when he or she dies. It's a blessing to be able to be there to help families get through their grief and loss of their loved one. Thank you Father Kenneth for sharing this.
Thank you for this video! I’m a new funeral arranger doing my first Catholic service; i want to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible for the family
Thank you for creating this! As a first generation polish catholic I never thought I would be in my early 30s struggling to find resources to practice catholic practices such as catholic funerals and cemetery. Its quite devastating and a huge motivational factor in myself possibly moving to poland although I call california my home due to be born and raised here.
Very helpful. Thank you. In future videos, take care to compensate for backlighting (stain-glass windows in this case) and/or shadow (trees) with a light source facing the speaker to illuminate at least the person's face. Without one or both of those, the speaker is in shadow, which makes it difficult for the hearing impaired/deaf to understand what is being said because they cannot read the lips of the speaker. Keeping the audio consistent is also something you would want to do in the future.
If you are Catholic then why are you in communion with the non-Catholic Vatican II sect? They teach many heresies such as Judaism still holding a covenant with God, that Islam is an admirable religion that worships God, that religious liberty is a fundamental human right, that justification is by faith alone, that Protestants are incorporated into Christ, that the Eastern Orthodox are true particular churches whose bishops are pastors in the Church, etc. This is all manifest heresy that renders them as non-Catholic heretics.
@@rozchristopherson648 Romans 16:17 "Now I beseech you, brethren, to mark them who make dissensions and offences contrary to the doctrine which you have learned, and avoid them." Luke 12:51-53 "Think ye, that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, no; but separation. [52] For there shall be from henceforth five in one house divided: three against two, and two against three. [53] The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against his father, the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother, the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law."
@@TheRomanCatholicChurch Just few thoughts on your posts. Regarding Romans 16:17 - If you believe that you have come across those making "dissensions and offenses contrary to the doctrine", why are you engaging with them and not marking and avoiding them, as that passage directs? Regarding Luke 12:51-53, describing the separation and division that was foretold, then why concern yourself with questioning it? You can see it as people living out what was written. Evidence of Christ's intention to do that, working out just as described.
No, everything that Vatican II teaches, rightly understood, is sound doctrine. You, however, are in rebellion against God's Church, and like all schismatics, you try to justify yourself by claiming it's the Church that's in heresy, even though this is impossible.
Thank you for this step by step explanation of the stages of a Catholic funeral.

We are not God. Let God handle things. He will resolve all things in the end. Cease divisiveness.
