Hi @farahnoor2726, great question! Whether you need a second toilet depends on your local authority's requirements for home-based nurseries. Most authorities will allow you to use a single bathroom for a small number of children, but they may have specific hygiene guidelines, such as ensuring the toilet is easily accessible and regularly cleaned. It's always a good idea to check with your local council or early years team for their specific regulations. Though, it is unlikely that you will need a second toilet and Ofsted wouldn’t require it. Let me know if you'd like more guidance!
If you watched my videos I constantly say that finding a property is one of the longest and hardest parts. I have done a few videos to help make the process quicker however. You might find it useful. Check it out here: ruclips.net/p/PLwcfAsTzuYbze_NJ3or1gmFLbxBaH-2jF&si=-VjFkURJ2MH-NS0Q

What if you're in a deprived area and most of the children in your setting are using funded hours, thar barely cover anything?
They are adjusting the funding to make it more viable. Hopefully you've seen some adjustment in the latest funding
The problem is finding a property.. that’s something that he will not tell you I’ve been looking for almost 2 years no luck.
