There's is this one movie which had a great impact on me the movie name is asuran which is directed by vetrimaran sir. In that they portrait Dhanush sir as a father who avoid battle to save his family. At the mid half of the movie the flashback reveal in which they truly potrait the Rawness of his anger against the antagonist which had a great impact on me.

The film is chronological, but it is a backstory that sets the stage, introduces the premise of quadruplets and the conflict of them growing separately. It saves a whole lot of screen time and is one of the best examples I have seen where a flashback is also a song. From a craft POV, the director Singeetham Srinivasan invites the audience to view his world through a bio-scope, the lyrics & music narrate the whole backstory and for a comedy film this serious episode is expressed in a light way by ramping up the film speed. You could do a YT short as a follow up to this video. And would be thrilled if you mention that 'Rithwick' suggested it :) Thank you for the great work & keep it up. rithwick
