Leveling Fisher from 80 to 90 in 2 hours - FFXIV Endwalker

- Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker just released, and I am gonna be teaching you a method that will allow you to level from 80 to 90 in just 2 hours. If you don't have Survival Manuals/Scrips to buy some, it will take a bit longer but it should still work out faster than other methods.

BTW, using this method at the Abode of the Ea gives you over 600,000 XP per fish...
Just hit level 90! Ignoring the time I spent editing this, it took me slightly over 2 hours since I ran out of manuals an hour in.

Just make sure the fish you pull out aren't bloody raw
If you prefer a more casual way, about 4 or 5 ocean fishing trips should take you from 80 to 90. It would also be a good idea to do the FSH studium deliveries as they are available, since they give you a lot of exp and scripts too.
Ocean Fishing is significantly more fun in my opinion, plus you get a cool minion and mount!
I applied this method to other Endwalker zones to knock out leves at the same time. Thank god Prized Catch doesn't fade when a fish gets away...

Using patience and hookset on the fishing boat speeds this up. You can catch all large fish much faster
That is a very valid method but due to the nature of fishing trips it can't be done in one stretch.
If you are comfortable with spacing the levelling out then absolutely go for it, ocean fishing is a lot of fun!
@@osaka_dreams I did it in two trips with leveling other things between the two trips. You can also do the boat then finish with your method for the remainder

Patience II is more GP efficient. Even if you only catch 4 fish during the Patience II window, you come out ahead GP wise vs using Prized Catch. I haven't had any issues with catching non-large fish using Patience II. They are always large for me. On average I get 6 fish per Patience II.

Patience II is high risk/high reward. I've gotten 6 big fish in 2 minutes, I've gotten 1 big fish in 2 minutes. Feelsbad waiting for your GP if you have an unsuccessful run. The nice thing about Prize Catch is if a fish gets away you don't lose GP.
@@cstober2 I guess I just never had this issue because I had high stats from Shadowbringers endgame. For Endwalker leveling specifically, I didn't run into any issues with fish getting away or the fish not being a big one.

I was just using the level 80 ones - I had scrips to spare plus some from job quests so only receiving half of the bonus was still worth it, best of luck with gathering!
@@osaka_dreams got my fisher to 90! had barely got it to 80 before launch same with the other 2 still need to get them to 90 aswell but this helped a lot :P

depends on your luck and your gathering level, i'd say grab 5 just to be sure

The only thing I can suggest right now is seeing if the Diadem still gives good exp.
Give me 12 hours though and I will do some research myself and possibly make a video if I find something good!

@@moisty4745 Diadem gives alot of exp. I leveled btn and min there with exp scrolls and buff food! :) It took me a day to get to lv 90 because i did msq (and server died alot) along side, but i think 6-8 hours and you are good to go! :)
