It's not a mod itself, it's like a game inside a game. What are you seeing in this video it's s&box, it's a game that it dosent came out yet, you can get early access but it's very difficult tho. It's like Gmod but instead of source 1 it's source 2 and they made this tf2 inside of a game that dosent have to do anything with Team fortress so it looks and plays pretty nice indeed! But keep in mind that the both projects are in VERY early access.
