Indeed it is, but there was still plenty in there to provide flavour. My family aren't into lots of fat, so you'll see me cutting off most, not all, but most of it on most meat I prepare.
I have a small tip 🙂 it’s good to cook the wantons in separate water as it would make the soup starchy from the cornfloured wanton wrappers.
