Gostei da camisa ...parece bem brasileira. Ótimas dicas .
Przyda sie 🎉
Thanks for the suggestion! It helps me to get much more organized!
I'm happy to hear that!
Pozdrawiam serdecznie!!!
Super!!! Wierzę, że się uda! Powodzenia i proszę koniecznie dać znać!
Repertuar wybrałam trudny więc, aby osiągnąć poziom gry, który mnie zadowoli potrzebuję jeszcze trochę czasu jednak wszystko idzie zgodnie z planem, gdyż do grudnia planowałam jedynie wyćwiczyć repertuar do poziomu umożliwiającego mi wystąpienie przed najbliższymi znajomymi. Jeszcze raz bardzo Panu dziękuję!@@gregniemczuk
ABC strategy (or ABCD: when I really like progressing with a piece I find it hard to not play every third day!) works nicely. Obviously you can adapt it, but the rest days do seem to help in subtle ways, as well as giving me time to play Mazurkas! Some pieces (with contrasting sections) I sometimes play half on day A, the rest on day B and both on day C, with occasionally full rest days.
Seems you re on vacation! Still following you since i discovered your amazing work on Chopin’s work and went back to my piano. These are great advice I ll try as I want to participate a non professional contest soon
Almost! Hahahaa.
I actually start 1,5 week off from this Saturday! Thank you so much!
Good luck with your contest!
time management. I have a recital in November : Beethoven sonatina in F major solo and Brahms op39 no 15 duet. I'm using your strategy.
Good luck!
Deadlines are very good things! I am an amateur and don't have concerts, except ocassional playing for my family and friends. Many times happened that I practiced something for so long and simply got bored of the piece, then took a break from it... that way I was learning a lot of music during many years, but actually I am (or I was) able to play just a part of it... maybe I should make deadlines for myself, that way my practicing would be more productive.
Yes! You should!
On a smaller scale - As a Amateur Piano Hobbyist, how do you "polish" a piece for performance in Amateur piano group? What problems do you look for? The closer I get to performance day, I make mistakes in places where I never made them before??
I do practice hands separately a lot to make sure each hand knows what it's doing
i think you can also say at the beginnung that you are a teacher at university in poland ;)
Ups I forgot to say that
I like your A-B-C idea, it gives you a rest from each piece for one day out of three if I understand it right. Do you find that helps with freshness or something? I shall try that out...
Yes definitely! And it's good for our brain!
@@gregniemczuk OK, so today it's Rachmaninoff and only half the Bach.
Don't worry, I AM planning some more Chopin, just bought the Mazurkas (though I have no idea which one to play first???)
@@hippophile start from op.17 no.4 in A minor
@@gregniemczuk Oh that is so beautiful!!!!! 😍And fairly easy (the notes of course). :)) Thank you so much! And, of course, wih the A-B-C strategy I have now got a gap in in schedule 😃
