    This is the most complete review of this item I have seen so far.. I asked Juiced tech support about the length of the cable - and they couldn't answer the question. Great comparison between your old and this new horn. and to see it working in practice. This video convinced me to purchase the horn.

    I have the same model horn. I personally find it to be not loud enough for in traffic situations. It sounds loud indoor, but in traffic is a different story. Especially when dealing with drivers with rolled up windows. I actually bought the updated model of this horn. It's noticeable louder than this one. But, again, I wish it was louder for riding in NYC. I like the design of the loud bike horn mini. It has two hors. One for low tone, and one for loud tone. Just like a car. But I hate to the price, $150.

      Where can we find the updated model? I would be interested in checking it out... the mini would definitely do the trick!

    Oh another Trick is use a black small zap strap locks put it threw the screw hole where it's meant to mount and put the Velcro strap perfectly through and tighten it on your Handel bars with Velcro and strap it and I organize the cord and done I do that as I get worried for freezing temperatures in my area that could ruin my horn over time I have another alarm disposal battery alarm device got from Amazon and it operates in -25 Celsius and up to 60 degrees Celsius just gotta make sure have battery pack in handy I use this horn mostly for honking I don't want it ruined being left outside

      Hi, just from my experience, if my remote is unresponsive, I need to press the horn button attached to the horn to make the remote active again. Try that if it helps. Otherwise, the only other suggestions are to replace the remote battery, try the spare remote, or contact support from the manufacturer... I hope you get your remote working again, good biking and be safe

    How do you like it so far? Is the alarm too sensitive or just right?

    • @GuavaBikeJam
      @GuavaBikeJam  3 года назад +3

      Works fine so far, no issues at all. The alarm never went off when it was armed, I guess it's a good thing... I would recommend mounting the horn on the handle bar if you want more sensitivity, as the handle bar would most likely move more if someone was to tamper with a bike, which would set off alarm sooner.

    • @GuavaBikeJam
      @GuavaBikeJam  3 года назад

      I don't think so...I just measured the horn bracket, the inside diameter is approx 35mm which too big for my handlebar extension which has a diameter of 22mm. The horn bracket seems to be sized to fit on a bike frame like the head tube. You might have to custom mount the horn to have it secure on a handlebar. Best of luck and congratulations on your new bike! Happy biking
