The apartments were really nice, it's hard to pick a favourite. It's interesting that their values have increased quite a lot. The last apartment owner mentioned they are unhappy with the maintenance services, I know exactly how they feel as I'm in central London W1 and in the last 4 years the services have been abysmal, but my rent has increased almost 30% in the last 2 years, poorer maintenance services seems to be a more or less a world wide issue during these difficult financial times. One common factor I also noticed in all the interiors, is none were traditional Russian-Soviet, as I love the large and substantial matching dark wood cabinets, shelves and cupboards that you see in many more traditional soviet style interiors, with the large rug hanging on a whole wall and sometimes a large samovar on a table with a traditional table cloth and the blue and white ornaments. Loved the video. 🤩

It really blows the minds of Europeans and Americans when I tell them on their channels that I pay 40€ a month for housing bills for my own 2-room apartment 😂 In addition, I got it for free under the privatization program of old Soviet housing and relocation to a new building 😄
Utility bills in theese apartments are very low, winter time - apr. 100$, summer time -30$ total. Propety tax 10$ per year. Also russian apartments good heated in winter, temperature indoors 22-24C.
It depends on the region. I live in the Moscow region, 150 km from Moscow, an apartment of 60 m2 and pay about 110 dollars for utilities. The tax on this apartment is $24, insurance for a large SUV is $85 per year, and the tax is about $80. And yes, in winter it is very warm in the apartments, almost always you have to open the window to ventilate.))
The average monthly salary in Russia for August of this year, according to Rosstat, is 82218 rubles or about 816 dollars! This is open information! And yes, in the regions utilities and other services are lower than in Moscow or large cities!
Very nice to see and for non-Eastern european people to see really how russian people live without Propaganda. The first department we see the woman painted a picture of what looks like the night witches?I love together closer to look at that.If possible it looks fantastic!!
It is probably way cheaper there the cost for apartments or condos, the way they are called in North America. Is because they do not build those apartment complexes with underground Parkade and that is a huge issue because some families would have two or even three cars so in North America for an example. If it's one bedroom condo it would come with one underground parking spot and if it's two bedroom, then there's two parking spots and if it's three then three parking spots underground.
Apartments...in North America are only monthly rental units usually with a 12 month lease commitment. Otherwise if purchased we call them condo's, with the usual added property taxes and condos fees to maintain the building common areas and grounds. I wonder what and if there are monthly maintenance fees for 'apartments' (Condos) in Russia?
Sam, what would you say about how cold it is over there now ?, i mean coming from uk we have wet snow, they have dry no ?, at what point during the autumn / winter period does it become really cold there ?.
Sam? (like in Alberta, Canada) Vladimir - Minus 3. Today .The heating in a city area was switched off for 4 days. Minus 12 - 32 - Dec - Feb. Thaws and night frosts are increasing. Then many people fall on ice or large icicles fall from the houses

And average monthly salary in Russia in most regions ( not in Moscow of course) is $ 200-300.
The average monthly salary in Russia for August of this year, according to Rosstat, is 82218 rubles or about 816 dollars! This is open information! And yes, in the regions utilities and other services are lower than in Moscow or large cities!
Sam, the second apartment was very nice.
Ah the snow. 🎉
Please make vids on 80s and 90s Soviet/ Russian things .
I’ll have a think 🤔
@SamsRussianAdventures - ❤️ Russia from 🇮🇳🙋
Very nice to see and for non-Eastern european people to see really how russian people live without Propaganda. The first department we see the woman painted a picture of what looks like the night witches?I love together closer to look at that.If possible it looks fantastic!!
Wrong. Their propaganda is massive and contact with West and input of information minimal.
It looks like the houses get bigger the further out you go, but they look like they’ve been renovated into larger homes
nice man
Took me a while but I finally figured out what "Open Gamer" is. She means Oppenheimer. LOL!
I just expected that it was a gaming film!!!!!
7:27 "Open Gamer" 🤣 What would that even mean? The film is Oppenheimer. Don't let the Russian pronunciation confuse you.
Hahaha I thought it was a film about gaming!!!!!
Is Olga married?❤
Nope!
@@SamsRussianAdventures I hope Olga realizes she has a long line of admirers. LOL
No, I'm not )
@olgabunina7850 Do you like it?😅
@diegomontilla5901 I'm ok about it, but do not resist being in a relationship. Just haven't met the right person)
thank you sam, that was top banana.
Sam I can’t wait to come to visit Russia.
5$ per month, propety tax - 10$ per year.
100$ total including electricity, central heating, hot and cold water, garbage disposal, internet, tv.
Beautiful apartment and a beautiful lady.😏
When is Spring in Russia?
March, April, May 🤷🏻♂️

How do you spell your town name Sam . Is it the same as the name Vladimir?
Sam, what would you say about how cold it is over there now ?, i mean coming from uk we have wet snow, they have dry no ?, at what point during the autumn / winter period does it become really cold there ?.
Sam? (like in Alberta, Canada)
Vladimir - Minus 3. Today .The heating in a city area was switched off for 4 days.
Minus 12 - 32 - Dec - Feb.
Thaws and night frosts are increasing. Then many people fall on ice or large icicles fall from the houses
There's also southern Russia with almost no winter
@@raik4987 thank you.
Which part of the city where Olga lives is it, Sam?
Near to the university
@SamsRussianAdventures which one?
I'm asking that because I don't recognize my hometown in your videos quite often
Open Gamer :-)
Yes, they like Open Gamer, Garry Potter and Avva :)
@mcmerfi_arar Avva is famously associated with Dr. Eyebolid.
😊❤❤
24:42, what are they watching? The mask?
No idea, didn’t notice.
Yes
Nice job Sam. I would move to Russia if wasn’t so cold and the stupid sanctions🙂
I love the я знаю. 😊
