    i am obsessed with plush toys and things like that :3 they are such a comfort just to watch. So true when you say we talk to ourselves in a very harsh way sometimes, I can blame the manga I grew up with ahahah
    I feel also dancing helps a lot to release tension and forget about the real world for a while. I have seen this also practicing Kundalini yoga (also VERY good to boost your energy levels and positivity) that there are some bits dedicated to gently move yourself in random dances/movements either standing or lying down to the floor, so interesting.

      Yes, physical movement, like dancing or yoga, is so great to complete that mind-body connection! Physical movement can definitely help to release tension. Another physical movement that I'm reminded of is that thing that dogs do where they shake off energy. I think that there's a lot of wisdom there, that we can "shake it off" too!
