Due to Belica's passive, I like to use this unorthodox hyper aggressive glass cannon build with her. Start with the tier 2 stacking items for first Resolution and second Azure Core, and next it's up to you if you want to finish those items in order or do what I do and complete Prophecy and then finish those two in order. 4th item Mindrazor, 5th Combustion, final item Oblivion Crown. I did manage to full complete my build a few times and each time I was sitting around 620 magic power, 300-something physical. And I go Tempest for my mage crest because each basic I land gives me an extra 23ish% attack speed and helps me stay aggressive and chase or gives me a small dodge in the middle of a fight. Her passive being able to grant her a whopping 40% bonus max mana really helps the Tempest crest, Resolution and Azure Core POP extra hard compared to other mages I've tried this build on. Super fun.
