Hi. My guess they can last a couple of days. However, it is best to have meals freshly made, hence why his recipes are fast and simple. He respects that people have busy lives: however, freshly made meals are the best way to go. A tip, you can prep some of the ingredients and then combine when you need so that they are fresh and you dont have soggy salads. Take care.
I am a vegetarian, and most of my meat rating friends make fun and me and say that I'll never get to where I want to be as an athlete. I'm glad to see that there are meat eaters who value the importance of vegetables and fruits.
Yo any body builders out there that play cod? Preferably 18 and up. Anyways, if you like COD WW2, drop by and take a peek at the leaks. Lets game together sometime too.

0:36 so weed is good huh
Does anyone know how he prepared the broccoli? He said anything with water but I didn't get it
He blanched it. Boiling water for a 2 minutes he said, then you put it in an ice bath to stop the cooking and make them cool.
that would be great if this channel share vegan recipes for building muscles.
Why did we need to separate the hard boiled egg if it was all going in? Lol.
He used both parts, but if you wanted to leave out part, to control the macros, that would be an easy way to do it.
A Chef not tasting the dressing before adding it?
Isn’t oil bad for us though ? Clogs arteries
=
I hate getting protein from nuts pause
