Your video sparked a few questions for me. I have your book and I love it a lot. I also have a few recipes of my own. Is your mix on the drier side. I’m not sure some recipes would fall into the mold easily to make that separation so smooth. Do you know what I’m saying. Maybe some recipes are on the oil heavier side. You certainly taught me something. Awesome
