Frisco 1522 is one of my favorite steam locomotives in the world, y'all did a great job making this model, thanks for the footage and keep on steaming on
Fantastic work everything of the locomotive sounds exactly like the real one. How I miss this Mountain I so wish someone or organization could restore a 4-8-2 just about every kind of wheel arraignment is running except a Mountain in the U.S. Your locomotives are awesome.
SLSTA Consist Fate 1522 Aux Water Tender - Ohio Central still with its 1522-A markings Black Gold - Sold to 261 and painted back in its original MILW colors and lettered to its original name “Golden Valley” Firefly - sold to 261 and since has yet to be touched besides being moved around the shop Chouteau Club - never owned by the SLSTA but the owners of the car were frequent riders behind 1522 so it later got painted into the blue and white, now the car is rotting away at Gateway Rail services with a tree growing in it Bluebonnet - sold to 261 and painted back in it’s original MILW colors and lettered back to its original name “Milwaukee”
although the 1522 no longer operates today, 3 of her support cars are now used by Milwaukee road 261. But of course i wish that 1522's tool car which is actually an ex-Northern Pacific baggage car was at the Oregon rail heritage center, since the NP was also a big part of that state's history too; and would be perfect for future SP&S 700 & SP 4449 excursions.
I wish the 1522 could run again (I started to gain a new liking for the engine after watching footage when it double headed with the 611 in the Atlanta nrhs convention in 94) I really think they should do that again (if they would have the money for the 1522 to run again)
I think I just found why Frisco 1522 is nicknamed "the Loudest steam engine in the world". I personally would rate 611 as the loudest, but that is only because I have seen the 611 run in person, and I haven't seen the 1522 run.
I noticed that the whistle at the start is different than the one after the rail fan run by is it 2 different whistles? and if it is does it come with package?
I'm not sure if you're aware but KaneFan701's newest film, "Ghost Train 2: The Clinchfeild Curse, credited you for some content. I wonder what engines he'll be using

Hello! I can't get this content because my problem! I don't know what's my coupon code to get this! second problem My dad won't buy that for Trainz 12 because i am 11 years old!
@@Thomasboi01 it’s because the steam locomotives can only be run for about 15 years before they have to go into like a decade long complete rebuild/inspection or they retire the engine completely
Is there a way to fix the swinging bell problem? I saw on your website that all of the swinging bell problems were fixed but mine still does it. Thanks

I love the frisco T-54 mountains THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH

Yeah, it really sucks that not many mountain types were preserved, probably some restored.
This was the first locomotive I purchased. I was in a pack with gtw 6325 and the reading rambles
Someone need to make a campaign and restore the engine, like.......NOW!
Why don't you?
If you’re wondering about the Frisco consist’s fate. One of the cars (Firefly) is outside the 261 shops.
What about the rest of them?
It turns out Black Gold and Blue Bonnet have been painted into MILW colors and are now named Milwaukee and Golden Valley
@@rsconover7957 What about Chouteau Club?

Absolutely brilliant work, been waiting for this! Keep up the good work!
amazing work steve! your work is getting better with every release.. can't wait for more amazing releases down the road
Love these. Please make more.
Videos like this without commentary are more enjoyable for me. I love it when a steam engine "does the talking".😂
we will never forget the loudest steam locomotive in the world the frisco 1522

I don't need it, i don't need it, don't need it, don't need it, don't need it......
GIMME
+TX Trainiac You need it! Must have!
+stevelerro Why would you want somebody to get this? haven't you known there was already a 1522 model before?
+H F “TBird8923” McBain Because the old one is 1. outdated. 2. Because I paid for it to be commissioned.
+H F “TBird8923” McBain like look at the bell.... It moves. Why wouldn't u want that lol

Is this Trainz: A New Era?
I think I just found why Frisco 1522 is nicknamed "the Loudest steam engine in the world". I personally would rate 611 as the loudest, but that is only because I have seen the 611 run in person, and I haven't seen the 1522 run.
1522 was indeed louder than 611... and we've shot 'em both!
I think western and maryland 734 is louder
Agreed. 1522 had a much louder, almost deafening exhaust. It had a habit of drowning out its own whistle with stack talk.
So basically like a girl when your trying to talk but she is blabbing away drowning you out?
The Crew had to wear ear guards because 1522 was so loud
Nice video
Will there be a chance to add-on the other batches for the 1500 series? Like 1500-1514 and 1515-1519? Or like special variants of them like 1503?
3:25 where in the world can we find the radio talk? Would like to make a video with it

Looking back at this, the video I made is nothing compared to this!
If Robert(Frisco 1522)was Restored to Operational Condition,He would Pull Excursions
I noticed that the whistle at the start is different than the one after the rail fan run by
is it 2 different whistles?
and if it is does it come with package?
Same whistle. Just a lot of effects.
+stevelerro hmmm I still like the first 1 better in my opinion its more realistic :)
Hey I know you! You wrote a question on Glenn Holland's Lego Reading Crusader!
One reason SLSF 1522 WAS BULIT IN THE SAME YEAR AS A&WP 290
Sisters?
Bruh just because they were built in the same year doesn’t make them sister locomotives
How much for this amazing engine.
Light & Coal $12
It’s From San Juan Trainz

SHUT YOUR STACK AND TAKE ALL MY MONEY AND GIVE ME MY LOCOMOTIVES!
Was Frisco #1522 the closet 4-8-2 "Mountain" type before retirement in 2002?
If i'm correct?
That's correct! :D
But I don't understand. Why did she had to retire from service? I mean it looks in good operating condition.
Can't believe she's on display. That was the only option they thought of?
@@Thomasboi01 it’s because the steam locomotives can only be run for about 15 years before they have to go into like a decade long complete rebuild/inspection or they retire the engine completely
At least on tourist railroads know how to take care of there steam locomotives.
Tell me something k&l trainz does the radio chatter come with the locomotive
No, it was snagged from another video on youtube.
Is there a way to fix the swinging bell problem? I saw on your website that all of the swinging bell problems were fixed but mine still does it. Thanks
Use the support contact form and send me a message there, and we'll get you squared away.
Hey Frank
Is it sad I only recognize this engine from Rails Unlimited? I feel like it is. ;-;
Yeah it’s called the Ozark Mountaineer
Oh by the way, does the camera really shake in Trainz when a train passes very close by?
+Armagon Armagon sadly no. trainz, sadly, only has a static and tracking camera option, no cinematics like that, althought I wish it had...
I love when the camera shakes. It's so awesome.
Why is 1522 infamous
That's actually his sister, 311.
How does one change cab views is TrainZ?
+Aljaz Skarlovnik When you're in the cab press the [ or ] keys to toggle the views
stevelerro
lol what key is that? what symbol does it have on it? i dont keyboard good.
+Aljaz Skarlovnik Its in the top right corner, should have "{ [" and "} ]" on them.
