I with you about the icons😂. I don’t like/use icons and they are everywhere. There’s a full page in the quarterly 😳. Like you, I love the product and will continue getting them, but there is ALWAYS an issue with shipping. I was hoping to start in January. Now, I’ll start in March. It is crazy in the group. People are super protective.
Yep! Cancelled mine! I really like their products, but the wait, and customer service has gotten worst. Not cool that the customers are getting shut down. Glad you are being honest. - Jen
I'm leaning towards canceling as well.
It is pretty on par with what I used to get for the price point. I think the concept is intriguing. I did purchase the quarterly reset as well to get the full effect. I am not an icon person myself, but I am used to having something in any sub that the community loves that I don't.
I have always loved PA products, but I need to reevaluate if I'm going to keep the monthly sub. The shipping delays are too consistent for me. But, we'll see.
Instead of icons on every weekly theme, date dots wouldve been more functional

Every since the world open up the company had to make up for the lost of money. So they charge the same price and made the products smaller. You see that with foos products.
I cancelled my PA subscription last year when exactly the same happened to me. I had paid for 3 sub boxes, only received 1 and was due to pay another one. I live in the UK and it was taking months to get them. I also had a comment deleted back then even though I was just asking something. Like you, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it was a different excuse every month....
Yes. Only so much delays can be accepted. We're paying for sub boxes in advance now, so at least ship on time.
Hi Tameka, I agree with everything you had to say. I have seen things like also where people get attacked. Sometimes the human race can act like a pack of wolves. I love my PA covers. I just got them Sunday. I ordered the classic Sakura, and the A5 New Dawn. I don't do many subscriptions, like maybe one at a time. Plus I think 60 dollars is A LOT of money for what you get in that first sub you showed. IMO. I am an emotional person, but I agree most problems can be solved if you think logically about what is happening. If you love the subscription, and can deal with it being late, I wouldn't let the group ruin it for you. Maybe stop looking at the group for a few weeks, and play with your new subs, and see how you feel. Have a great weekend ahead!

I agree with what you say and before they remove my post, I deleted it myself. I am not so happy with PA changes but I still love many of their products more than not... so, I will keep going for my subscription but for the first time in 8 months of subscription, I skip a kit because I like to see how the first new kit look before to go on. I also was not happy to not be able to begin the year with the bundle and subscription kit... I know it's impossible to make everyone happy and I understand they want to keep their group positive but except to post picture of my pages when I use PA kit, I will not post anymore... I will use my IG to post my opinion instead on their group. For now, I am less happy, so I think I will skip many kits in the next months but what I understand in the last live, their changes brign them more clients, it did what they were expected to maybe it's just me... my way to think that make me less happy with them.
I hope it works for them. I just think the regular sub should have remained an option. The cost difference is a lot for some of the customers.
That is why I stopped ordering from them. It was months and months. I also stopped Planner Perfect. Their pages are only about profit and not for their customers
That is so sad. But I might be canceling too.
I am also really annoyed that I am paying more but I dont get date dots anymore which used to come in the standard kit. I refuse to buy the quarterly kit just for date dots, I will write or stamp in the numbers.
The quarterly seemed too similar for me to purchase.
