Sir , I have question about plot purchase in Gurgaon. Sector 106. A builder is selling a plot to me. He has purchased GPA from the actual person who owns the plot. Is there any risk in buying from GPA holder? what things I should keep in mind?

But we didn't asked for this expressway in the middle of commerical/office/residential busy area. This road belong to us (gurgaon locals) for commuting to our office and homes - state govt gave it to Nhai. Nhai saved their money greeting land in free to construct an expressway which will not serve our purpose but they will make money out of it.
Most of modern janta do not have awareness on how to use local govt. structures for solving their local problems
