This right brings me back to such a simpler time without mass chaos, shootings, violence in the world. Or at least a time where I was ignorant to such matters and I didn't notice them. It’s still an obnoxious, grating show imo. Maybe it’s better than the stuff today (I’ve seen some images of “Cocomelon” and it looks horrible, worse than even this) but as someone who grew up back when it was airing, I honestly feel it was one of the worst kids shows of the time. I’m sorry, I just really don’t like it and don’t understand why so many people apparently do.
I did enjoy this show along with my brother. Flick was my favorite character; yet, so impulsive and naïve. My mother, who doesn't understand English, still struggles to say Noodle Dance and has broken memories of the show.
Been on a nostalgia kick as of late. I'm coming up on my 34th birthday, and I'm honestly not okay with it. I love the fact that I'll get to see it, God willing, but I'm kind of sad that my childhood is getting further away from me. It's shows like these that I used to watch when I stayed home from school, and I just miss the innocence of them. I miss the simpler times back then, and at times adulthood is unbearable, but it is a blessing that at least we had these times to enjoy, and we have the memories.
THE CUTEST! I remember this was on uk terrestrial TV on Saturday mornings in the 90s, think I was about 7/8. So cute! Also they’re talking about cleaning the beaches of PLASTIC in the 90s! So forward thinking, environmentally friendly, good, cute.

We grow in so many ways, I’m in my 30s now and perhaps if I was watching for the first time, I would think differently (especially at the Noodle Dance parts - weird!) so maybe a part of finding something we used to enjoy is the nostalgia of the show rather than the show itself.
I thought it was neat and rather surreal - Disney Junior aired several more retro Playhouse Disney shows and some classic Toon Disney programming from 2012 to sometime in 2014. Growing up watching them as a 2000s kid, that was fun while it lasted (whenever I could tune in; most of them aired late at night and during school hours.)
THIS doesn’t compare to a lot of the stuff from the 90s. It might be fairly decent by today’s standards, I can’t say for sure because I don’t watch the kids stuff of today, but back then it was a show that definitely didn’t work imo.
2:20 - Don't you think Flick Duck should have never dared Peanut Otter to go to a seclusive cave in the first place? Therefore, I also wish Flick was reprimanded in addition to Peanut and Jelly for even putting themselves in danger. 11:20 - That sunset is so glamorous. It reminds me of the sunsets in the Thomas & Friends episode, "All At Sea" and the Mighty Machines episode, "In The Harbor." Isn't that a lovely sight?
