I don't understand why this band is more popular. The album is so good! During the covid the lockdown, I would leave the house, get in my car, turn the volume to 11 - and drive around. THis album is wired into my heart.
Great song! Feels like someone put Uncle Tupelo (first two albums), Cracker, Drivin' 'n Cryin', Steve Earle, and a few others from that era in a pot and cooked 'em at 475 degrees for 45 minutes. I'll be checking out more of their music. By the way, I love how the bass is so prominent in the mix! I saw some great shows at Starwood in the early '90s.
