It's intended to make you think outside the box and show you ways to create placements and tack downs when they weren't intended to be there in the first place :)

How long is the strap in total - before adding hardware?
It's an adjustable strap that is approximately 50" long
It would be helpful if you would add placement and tack down stitches for the tabs.

20 minutes before you start the demo seems excessive.
It actually starts about 11.5 minutes in. People need time to tune in and I need some time to tell everyone what's coming up etc.
