Honest suggestion guys, first focus on rallies like tosses and drops(not smashes) and improving your footwork then go for points. Running on the court won't give u points but can give u injuries.

On cemented court you will end up with lots of injuries. Go to indoor courts which are softer and doesn’t have cement underneath.
Better play on grass courts if playing outside
