Personally I have a very similar situation with a SA at aventura, FL but I am one of those people that shop online a lot, and do not stress over the low stock at this boutique and the lack of service. I have never heard my SA saying “I can order it for you” and doesn’t even know my wishlist 😂. I think it’s because when he said “I can get you a picotin” I told him no thank you so much but I do not like the structure of the bag 😅. I only buy what I love for sure, I don’t sell, I don’t return and I do not hoard 😉. Now, do you have any advice for visiting Hermes in Hawaii? Thank you advance ❤

I think you’re stuck shopping topenga now bc you shopped there. It’s not like going to nyc or Vegas or Hawaii because the store isn’t that far from rodeo drive. Frankly unless you’re willing to spend regularly and a lot at rodeo it’s going to be extremely hard to get a 25. You’re looking at 4-5x spend per year for a 25 offer. But I think your sa there did you a disservice by offering that 35 after two years. 35 is offered sometimes with less than 1:1 spend. I would transfer your profile to topenga. You may have some damage that can’t be undone shopping there. Also be more specific about wants. If you don’t want exotics you need to let them know. They like to sell exotics due to the price point. Not many people can afford to buy them. So demand is far less and frankly it’s sometimes people who are desperate who are suckered into buying them thinking they’re special when they’re actually easier to acquire. Good luck! This totally nuts... loyalty is for family members..not some store and a SA...who thinks like that anyways 😂 The ring looks lovely but it's hugely overpriced, this is no more that 2 grams most probably 18 Karat. You could buy a better looking ring weighing 15 grams (if such thing exist...may be a bracelet not a ring), 24 Karat with less than 1000 USD in Egypt. You're paying mainly for Hermes name.
$1800 for an ugly cheap looking blanket, $400 for a strap and $2300 for an ugly ring. 8K. All the while there are homeless people with nothing to eat. Priorities.
😃 Your serious sarcasm is wonderful 🤣🙌🏻🫶…..well I design and decor for many clients all over, it is very interesting to hear their Hermes stories…..some have one Birkin or one Kelly that they purchased preloved, a few have one from a store they were offered over seas or a non ‘big city’ store- because[like you said Beverly Hills never has stock?!]…..some clients have never been offered and some have been offered multiple bags…..and many of my clients refuse to play the really demeaning game and will never shop at Hermes they told me even though they make enough money to purchase multiple bags……like a recent client said, I feel bad for someone who saves the exorbitant amount of money for a bag and is never ‘offered’ one…..for this reason she will never shop there. Finally, one of my clients is in the fashion industry and said, if you knew how much a Birkin/Kelly/Constance etc truly cost to make vs the price they sell for you would be shocked and find another brand.
