1. Chia seeds can go straight in with the oats 2. Non-dairy milk of any kind works 3. Prob wouldn’t make more than 2 days worth bc the non-dairy milk can ferment the fruit and make it taste off. 4. Sometimes the honey doesn’t melt throughout so i recommend maple syrup. With that said, i LOVE overnight oats, such a could digestive start to the day. It’s good with a nut butter or yogurt on top as well.

I used to make these in college and eat them in my AM classes. Try putting peanut butter in the chia pudding with almond milk. Also, I used to put cacao nibs on top as a crunch and chocolate fix along with granola and that was it.

I’ve been making overnight oats for over a year now and they are so good 😊 for more of a creamy taste add your choice of yogurt but recommended almond vanilla (vegan) yogurt! So good! 😊
