NHS Five Year Forward View: One Year On

A year on from the launch of The Five Year Forward View - this video showcases parts of the NHS that are already implementing some of its key recommendations. It includes:
- a Vanguard group of GP Practices in Birmingham where technology is transforming the patient experience.
- a "Safe Haven" cafe in Aldershot which is reducing acute psychiatric admissions to local hospitals by 33%.
- Manchester's Health Academy where the NHS and local authorities are joining forces to tackle childhood obesity.
