What is ASMR?
“ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) or TINGLES are a relaxing, often sedative sensation that begins on the scalp and moves down the body that are triggered by placid sights and sounds such as whispers, accents, and crackles.”
I remember my first time experiencing Tingles! Watching a friend of mine read a book while listening to him turn the pages and lick his finger as he turned each one.
It made my head feel soooo fuzzy I fell asleep right in the armchair I was sitting in.
My goal is to help recreate that feeling for some of you!

Getting lost in that maze taught me a valuable lesson. Sometimes, life throws these challenges at you, whether it's skyrocketing prices or a baffling labyrinth of cornstalks. And the only way to survive is to keep your sense of humor intact.

The "it could've been Edward Cullen, for all I know" made me snort with my eyes closed as I was listening. I empathize with this story, especially the overcommited wolfman. I had a similar experience when I was 5 and went to my school haunted house that the 8th graders put on. They ended up having to escort a weeping little Minnie Mouse out of it because someone was too enthusiastic about their job 😅 Thanks as always for sharing and for the relaxation, Cosmo! 🩷
