Don't Get SamScrewed Buying A Samsung Appliance!

This Samsung sream dryer belonged to a client of mine who had it in service for about a year when it started tearing his clothes. He discovered that the drum which is made of super thin metal, the thinnest I have ever seen started to fatigue and crack and snag his clothes making the dryer essentially useless. He purchased this dryer in 2016 and it has sat around here in the shop for a few years. Samsung would not do anything for this guy for his $1,100 purchase except offer him some money off on a new Samsung Appliance! what a deal! So this one is on its way to the scrap yard - what a shame.
