I forgot one last thing both sides will have preparation time to train before the tournament begins it will last approximately 90 minutes for the tournament of power to end and also for training, purposes, it will be similar to the length of the of the tournament of power it’s self to train and getting ready. The hero’s and villains of each universe will be training in a hyperbolic Time chamber separated from each universes but have communication with each members of the team in the 18 university with a special communication device that allows Universal communication but the heroes can only communicate with heroes and villains with villains for strategy purposes the Angels and gods of destruction will not help either side to train to make it fair for both sides. The one responsible to gather both hero characters and villains will be the strongest mortal hero and the strongest mortal villain in each universes. Fusion is strictly prohibited until the last 2 heroes and two villains remain with fusion being allowed using the Potara earrings on both said since it the strongest fusion the Omni kings , and the grand priest will make two special Patara earrings,for both sides capable of holding whatever power still left on both sides and until a winner is decided p:s this is the longest tournament arc idea that I came up with what do you guys and girls think about the tournament. There will be 90 heroes and 90 villains all together on one side of the arena and heroes on the opposite side of the arena.The omni kings and grand priest will come up with that plan for the battle between good vs evil for their entertainment killing will only be allowed until the Patara fusion portion begins. If a hero or villains are dead before the tournament begins they can wash them back to life with the dragon balls with the exception that the villains can’t ask for power up’s themselves and the heroes as well for leverage purposes. Not the super dragon ball heroes version but the canonical version of dragon ball that follows the manga version of dragon ball.
