    L/S of boats going up the Moscva river. L/S of a gold domed cathedral. L/S of the Kremlin. Low angle shot of the Kremlin. Various shots of new Moscow University. Panning shot of people coming down the long steps to the University. Good general street scene shots around Moscow.
    Various shots of children entering a school, C/U of Cyrillic sign beside school door. Various shots of children hanging up their coats in a cloakroom, a friendly old women stands behind a counter.
    Various shots of teenagers studying in a classroom, C/U on an English text book. Low angle shot of a girl doing ballet exercises, she is taught by an ex-Bolshoi ballerina. Various shots of the instructor coaching girls and boys exercising at the bar. C/U of a teacher writing on a blackboard in Cyrillic and English. C/U of teenagers copying from the board, they then pack up their books and leave.
    M/S of children going through a door in school uniform, they come out the other side dressed in leotards. Panning shot follows one girl juggling. Various shots of children in leotards juggling clubs, balls, practising acrobatics and tumbling - this is Moscow's Circus School. C/U of an man behind a desk - the head master? C/U of a cardboard cut-out next to the desk of Popov, the famous clown.
    Various shots of the end of term concert in the school's ring, various shots of children in the audience. A girl is shown spinning from a hoop high up on the ceiling, young men are seen tumbling - one stumbles a bit. Various shots of a young man and woman - both mime artists.
    C/U of Cyrillic programme for Moscow State Circus. Various shots of the male mime artist - the school's top graduate - as a clown in the State Circus' ring. Various shots of different circus acts - trapeze artists, acrobats and an amazing stilt tumbler! Various shots of the audience. More shots of tightrope walkers, clowns and performing dogs.     Цирк это прекрасно!Дружно жили в то время, молодцы англичане,что сняли этот фильм .И в космосе,в балете ,цирке мы были впереди всей планеты.Рядом с училищем строилось новое здание для училища..,.

    These circus were very famous outside soviet union too. The soviet circus exhibition were held in other friendly countries. The soviet circus came to india many times. My mother loved it. The last time they came was in 1990 as soviet circus I was very little back then.
    Sadly after the fall of soviet union, they never came back😢. The new generation will never know the magic of soviet circus.
