Once in a while great teachers comes along in our life. Professor sunil Kumar was for me. Rest in eternal peace. I don't have a driving force in life now
I always perceived history of Delhi sultanate to be a boring part filled with difficult to remember chronology of rulers who built unattractive structures around Delhi, without much cultural richness during the time and not much impact on the present (since I only considered the Mughal rule to be the reason for all the Muslim influence and culture that we see in Indian society today). This series has completely changed my perception (special thanks to DU professor Late Shri Sunil Kumar).I’m now able to appreciate the history of Delhi sultanate much better only because of this series. Thanks to RSTV for producing this show and my respect to the teachers in the show for imparting this knowledge.
Aamir Sohail Qushk-e-Ferozeshah or the Ferozshah Kotla is a km from the gate no 5 of ITO metro station on the Bahadurshah Zafar Marg just across the road in front of the main gate of the Maulana Azad Medical College..there you will also find the Khooni Darwaza where captain hudson killed the last of the Mughal princes

Kudos to Rajya Sabha TV..!! ☺👍👌
good work! The series is very well shot.
it sounded so good ...then i realized it carries the courtyard apocalypse in the background ....:D :D amazing videos
when you show the monuments Kindly put a label..which monument are you showing..
plz made this kind of videos of indian history with facts .
Why so noisy background music ,at least let me listen such important information clearly.
If I'll be a millionaire then will spend all my money in restoration of monuments.
Nice thought.. buddy
Please do documentaries on Indian National Movement
Super. We are a failure in preserving historic monuments
Bhaijaan, ferozsah was the cousin of Bin Tughlq, nt ghiyasuddin. ( 1:28)
Gbiyassudin was title taken by Mihammad bin tughlaq
@@amansholkar7221 I think ghazi malik(founder of Tughlaq dynasty) took the title of Ghiyasuddin tughlaq
Please make something on mandu
mistake @ 27:00 , Babur is Zahir-ud-din Mohammed. Jalal-ud-din Mohammed is Akbar's name. #RajyaSabhaTV
Mashallah very well described...n scripted..👍🙏
11:43 the man in white cap 😂
After Ghiyasuddind Tugalaq , Muhammad bin Tugalaq became the sultan not Firoz Shah .
My heart is bleeding to see these historical places in such a terrible condition. This only happens to Muslim monuments in India.
I love tughlaq
how to reach this place in delhi via metro?

27:11 Babar did not attack Sikandar but Ibrahim Lodi
Babur's name was ZAHIRUDDIN Muhammad BABUR and not JALALUDDIN as said in this narrative........Jalaluddin was title of AKBAR the Great.
What is the contribution of all this ruler and Islam in science and technology...It is Zero
horrible background music...
