I live right beside of this masterpiece. There's no day that i won't admire its look whenever I go outside. How I wish I have the chance to view the interior personally.
Ms. Rhia's designs are always functional and pretty. Yung pretty na more on the "calming" side and though parang ang daming nagaganap, hindi sya "noisy". ❤❤❤

do i have to be an architech or designer if i want to share a piece of my mind? i'd love to have my own walk in closet, who doesn't? but i prefer to separate the water closet as in super ENCLOSED with its own window exhaust... i would love to enjoy my closet stuff, without the smell of human manure..

questions please. Was this house built on empty ground or was there a house that was rehabilitated? How many square feet or sqm? And sure this house is not for sale but to duplicate it, how much? LOL...everyone wants to know costs.

As an army I tend to always look for BTS related stuffs when they are touring a house that was previously owned. I didn't know how I missed that haha, thanks! Btw are you an arrmy too?

There are times when i looked at the curtains as completely perfecting the ambiance but this one is an eyes sore for me not sure why... lol> lil too much maybe?
I'm a home design architect and my wife is an Interior Designer here in the States. The following is our take on the featured home: The projecting outlet from the counter top is silly. What not just place the outlet on the side? Having vaulted ceiling so high is not efficient for cooling or warming the home. Wasted space. I would not like to have an elevator due to notorious brown-outs there in the Philippines. I would.hate to be in the elevator during a brown-out. Also, the elevator has to be maintained. The countertop for the kitchen counter looks like formica. Why not use marble and round the edges for a softer look. Regarding the bathrooms, why are the shower doors entirely clear glass. There is no privacy. At least have the middle of the glass panels frosted,. The house has a lot of windows, Are the glass double-pane for keeping the house cool during the hot days and warm during the cold nights? Homes shown are NOT energy efficient. Regarding the interior design, the color palette selected is muted and boring. Various brown-tone is used throughout the home.

Also, the colors are boring? Noooo! It’s beautiful and very calming. It looks big but at the same time it’s cozy because of the color.
And I’m pretty if they can afford this kind of house with an elevator, they have a backup power source. 😂😂😂
Muted and Boring? You're an architect and your wife is an interior designer and yet you didnt understand modern japan theme? 😂😂.
You’re being a bit too harsh on the designers here. Marble is not really a great choice for the kitchen. It’s not heat-resistant, it can be easily etched or stained, and it is not suitable for cutting due to its softness. The color palette also isn’t boring, Scandinavian and Japanese interior design is very minimalistic with a blend of textures and soft hues so I’m not sure what you expected.
