I didn't recognize half of those Super Robots, but it's glorious to see Shin Getter Robo, Unit 01, and Gurren Lagann in 3D. Even if they're super-deformed.
And Shin Getter, and Evangelion, and Big O, and Gurren Lagann, and Aquarion... the SRW series constantly amazes me with how many of my favorite anime it includes.
why i wouldnt play this game: - the squissed in characterr models are way too ugly. it'd rather have the 16 bit sprites from namco x capcom (which i love, by the way) than this. - anything else? well, the number of mazinger robots is... too damn low.
update: damn, Cross Omega and the Shin Mazinger manga really got me curious about quite a few franchises. I want to play by myself the game and find out the whole mazinger zero/mazin emperor g thing and the other franchises. old and new. The sprites from V and X look top notch so Im really hyped about it.
but then the vita is useless for any other game. I do believe getting the ps4 is the better choice. plus, persona 4 golden with english voices is unbearable so i would only use it for those 2 games.
