I found Eric on you tube well before he started MCC. I was inspired by his philosophy regarding life and impressed with the sustainable home he built on a mountain. It was during the height of Covid and at the time I began a on -line self study program on sustainability, climate change and food production. I jumped at the chance to buy a home at MCC and I am excited about the progress that has been made. I have viewed most if not all of the videos connected with MCC and Dela yours is one of the best . Great Job!
You will not be disappointed, it’s an amazing new community and is even better in person, you have to see it to really appreciate it. I look forward to seeing the updates. It’s not stuck in the middle of nowhere, the central part of Somanya is just 5 minutes up the road. All the very best to you Eric. Salaam
Very good interview with Eric! We diasporas in the United States are well aware of the sustainable development Eric is building in Ghana. So good to see you meet up with Eric and feature these affordable homes!
It looks like in the bush but Somanya Town is just 20 minutes down the road. You can always use Migrating Culture Crossing Tut tut for transportation. You go Eric. Bless up Dela
Glad to see you finally made it out there to see Eric at Migrating Culture Crossing. I’ve watch the development from the start and he’s done amazingly well. Well done Eric. I’m soo gutted I couldn’t but one as all my resources and energy is going into my building in Jamaica. Blessings to all involved and keep up the good work D. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.
I heard the hydroponics guy mention "The Food Forest" - would like to learn more about that. Been following the progress on this sustainable housing development over the years, and it always amazes, just as you do Dela! Looking forward to the next addition on this!
I also like the light colour cabinets in the kitchen. It makes the kitchen brighter. Please what’s the details for his website. I was hoping you would explain more on the payment plans available.

@@moretodela Dela how come you didn't ask one of the MOST important questions which is: "Why the 3 year wait for half off?"

Yes sir Mr. McNeal. Aa soon as I pay the 32,000 for the home, how soon can I move into the home sir?.
I think he said 3years, check out the website or his RUclips
If you opt for the half price promo then you wait 3 years, but we have other options if you need to move in sooner.
Please send me an email hello@moretodela.com if you need more information.
# years for a $32,000 house? Chale I can't think far 😂😂😂😂😂
Is there an association fee you have to pay if you buy a property from them? Or once it’s paid for, that’s it, no more additional costs.
I believe there is a service charge
👌🏽
