In this video we're learning about Finger spinning.
3 finger grip
Lift up your index finger
Roll it over your middle finger
Catch it on the other side by pinching between your index and thumb
Reset your middle finger's position
And repeat!
Sounds like a lot, but once you get used to it it becomes like second nature!
