Fav form of movement has always been yoga! I like that yoga is what you make it, whether thats a deep stretch or an intense workout, yoga meets you where you are at that day!
Yes! I love your videos, and this one fits the bill for when I get up and need to hie out of the house quickly. As for my favourite form of movement; I am 66 with medical issues. Radiation damage to my hips, means I really benefit from hip movement. But overall, I like it slow and simple. Your voice is perfection, also. I really appreciate your channel.
Thank you. All stretching is perfect for me. I suffer occasionally of sciatica. I’m 74 and thanking God that is not as bad as some people have it. My worst time is in the morning when I can’t straighten up really good.
Looking forward to joining you next month! My favorite form of movement is usually biking, through a park or through my city, especially if the views are good. Recently I've been trying to bring a little more joy into my life so I've been trying to add more spontaneous dancing and walking with a friend :^)
I am looking forward to the 30 day challenge. My favorite form of movement overall would be dance. In yoga my favorite form of movement is probably a flow routine because it challenges me, but I also love going into childs pose. Great video, thanks!
