What is call forwarding, how it works, how to enable & disable it

These are two ways to enable or disable call forwarding. Either by dialing a specific code or by doing it manually in your cell phone settings.
Call forwarding is a phone system feature that works by redirecting any incoming call to another phone number or service. For example, you can use call forwarding to send a call directly to voicemail, to your home phone, or to a colleague's smartphone and so on. You can still make outgoing calls when this feature is turned on.
Types of call forwarding:
Call Forwarding Always forwards ALL inbound calls.
Call Forwarding Busy forwards calls when you're already on another call.
Call Forwarding No Answer forwards calls you do not answer.
Call Forwarding Not Reachable forwards calls when your phone is not accessible, such as during a power loss
In this video, I did only the first case, unconditional (*21*). You can check the codes for each of the other 3 cases. The call forwarding dial codes are specific for each phone provider. Refer to your service provider's website to get the right codes if you get errors. If not just do it manually as shown in this video for cellphones. To activate call forwarding using a home phone dial pad, use dial codes.
LIST OF CODES:
1- Call Forwarding unconditional: Forwards all incoming calls to another number:
Activation code: 21 + the number + # send / Deactivation code: #21# + send
2- Call Forwarding busy: Calls will forward only when you're on the phone and the line is busy.
Activation code: 67 + the number + # send / Deactivation code: #67# + send
3- Call Forwarding unreachable: Calls are forwarded if your phone is turned off or out of a coverage area: Activation code: 62 + phone number + # send / Deactivation code: #62# + send
4- Call Forwarding no reply: Calls will get forwarded only if your phone rings and is not answered. Activation code: 61 + phone number + # + send / Deactivation code: #61# + send
