I was waiting for this review, Ron, as I replaced the H95 with the IO12, mainly due to the H95's clamp force. I haven’t compared them because I could not handle the H95 for more than 40 minutes. With the IO12, I can now fall asleep listening to music! Thanks!!!!
Shocked. Are the Dali’s just that good? You have them beating all I think? I got the H100’s and returned them, not much better than the H95’s which I like, for the $1500 price tag. Should I be sinking that money into the Dali’s? I have the BW McClarens, H95, Mark Levinson 5909, M&D MW75 AMG’s, and Focal Bathys. My biggest issue is usually lack of volume and punch with these high end cans. The Bathys are my go to for that. Bathys or Dali on volume and punch?
I had the H95's but for me it lacked depth, I have the Sennheiser Momentum 4 by the way although I do miss the sound signature of the H95's but these have depth and same sound details except the mids. i had the Dali io4 my first Bluetooth headphones and it sounded phenomenal with live music concerts, the soundstage was wide but it lacked height somewhat, and the mids were too airy, lacked that dynamic, it was like relax sound signature
Sorry for the late response. IMO, the iO-12 are that good overall. Yes, the Bathys are louder and have more bass punch. But they do not have a wider soundstage or give better instrumental seperation and detail. The bass mode on the iO-12 is decent too. I feel that the iO-12 are better overall.
Hey Ron, I am in the middle of deciding between two earbuds and having a hard time 😅it’s status between 3ANC which costs 150 usd and denon perl pro costing around 205 usd. Are the extra 55 bucks worth it to get denon or should I stick with 3ANC. Thanks a lot, love your content
Sorry for the late response. This is tough because these are two of my top 5 earbuds. IMO, it is. But you cannot go wrong at all if you stick with the 3ANC. Thanks for the support.
@@ronontech I just got denon perl pro for 150 usd on Black Friday sale, can’t wait for them to arrive and try them out as they are coming from a foreign country 😆
IMO, if the H95s were louder, it would surely close the gap between them. They have the soundstage, clarity, etc. to be in the ballpark with the iO-12. That's what's so disappointing about them.
@@ronontech I see, so having a way to up the volume a little like using VLC player on windows would somewhat bypass the difference? what do you think about the $300 price tag? Was it a good deal or if I could go back in time, would you recommend saving some 400 more and wait for a deal on the Dali's?
@dalfaroux Using VLC would do that. The $300 price tag is awesome for headphones of this quality. Like I said, I would definitely use these with Bluetooth.
@@ronontech bro someone is offering a trade for the Noble Fokus Apollos, they're asking $200 plus the H95, would you say it's a good trade or what I'm gaining it's not that much for what I'm going to give? is sound quality that much better on Apollos to sacrifice dials, tactile, magnetic cups, and posibility of buying a battery for H9 which is compatible with H95 and can replace it myself... I'm really curious about the Apollos but I'm not sure what to do

I've done that too with the iO-12s. They are ridiculously comfortable.
@ agree!!
Can you review technics eah-a800? Thanks 👏🏼👏🏼
Check my channel for the unboxing and review of those.

How do you compare the two when just using bluetooth?
I could not see your comment. Sorry.
bro I managed to get a pair of H95 for $300 but these Dali are not getting cheaper by any means... would you say the difference is that big?
