My father had two LML Vespa scooters. I still remember myself standing on the footboard when I was a kid. Thank you Mr Khan for making us recall those golden childhood days.
@@sg4360 It's actually not a NV. It's was just a LML Vespa 150 of 91, but after the wiring changes and with the NV badging it's actually a LML Vespa NV 150 now.
Those were the days when My dad would still drive better than Faisal with me on the footboard, my Mom in the pillion holding my little brother in her arms!
My dad had a a Bajaj Chetak.. 1996 model. He gave it to one of his far friend in 2010 .. I learnt gear vehicle from this scooter.. we have changed some 3 vehicles from then.. never experienced tat crazy pickup and 2 stroke flying feel in any other vehicle.. I miss this scooter...
My dad still has this the same 4stroke , I have a ton of memories standing in the front and yes it's a very spacious scooter. You literally refreshed so many memories.

We had two chetak's, one two-stroke and one four-stroke model. Beautiful times and loads of memories...
This scooter was a beast. Unbelievable power back then, hit 80+ easily, still probably faster than the best scooters now. That hand shifter on both the Chetak and it's little brother (The Cub) had such a satisfying clunk when it fell into gear. It was heavy, the brakes though were weak compared to anything now, but man, I miss my dad's scooters.
I have so many memories with this scooter. This scooter was my father’s prized possession and I spent my entire childhood riding it with my father. I recently bought TVS Ntorq and named it chetak to commemorate this legend. ❤️

Cool Breeze, Always checking Speedometer for speed, pressing horn switch,Getting the feel of road like a movie, checking beautiful sceneries and get mesmerized.. I don't know about others but i enjoyed my hometown Himachal Roads in front of a scooter like no other vehicle.. Ohhh.. Those Good Old Days...
I don't think it's the original one. Because we have one in our family, which is a 2 stroke one. It still goes to 70 kmph easily. And it is still in a lot better condition than this one and still gives around 50 kmpl.
My father still owns a 1999 Bajaj bravo. It is the most advanced geared 2stroke scooter Bajaj has ever made. It's over 20 yrs old now and has done almost 20k km. But hey,Who cares. It's still running like new. I have learnt ridding on this scooter which is indeed older than me. Today,150cc bikes might have more power and speed,but no 4stroke engine can even come closer to the initial punch and low end torque of 2stroke engines..... I love my dad's scooter and ride it still now and have a thought to restore it very soon.
I still have this and tomorrow I'm going to service station in hope they can put life into it again after 12 years of still. It was gift from my dad so I will try my best to put life into it.

My Dad has 1990 model Bajaj Chetak.. Best built in class scooter and love riding bcuz of its hand gear shifting. I became an expert in scooter class. I started riding two wheeler vehicles bcuz of Chetak.
These were imported into the USA up until around 2006 or 2007. I think Bajaj determined that they missed the mark a little with these. After Bajaj spent untold amounts investing in a compliant 4T scooter engine, motorcycles sales jump exponentially over scooters. That and the fuel economy missed the mark a little and the gas tank was a little too small to be practical. The USA export version had electric start. The motor is rock solid. On the whole, a great vehicle.

I guess this is not the 1st or 2nd generation...bcz its speedo design is not oval flat shaped..it is might be the last generation 😊.And its gear system works like a Auto Rickshaw's gear system and though my age is 27 but I can remember you need to push the foot break like a pump,it works like that.
Last to last year I rode the previous version of this scooter, I was 13 years. I can't forget the feeling. I just saw this scooter in my grandfather's house, I was just fascinated. I tried to get it on. It had key less start. That was my first time in scooter

it is super vehicle but the original is 2 stroke you should try that one brother even my father had this scooter, after in my college days i use to ride this vehicle such a fun to drive now definitely i missing my vehicle (scooter) thanks for the vlog.

I think the 2 stroke version of Chetak was the original, this came way later after Bajaj Legend.

I have ridden my father's Bajaj Legend scooter very extensively in my teen age. It was India's first 4-stroke scooter and I still love it.
The 2 stroke scooters are more exciting to ride for a teenager..you ask for any fun and u get them all..

I'm a 22 yr old guy, I learnt riding on a 1989 Chetak when I was 15, and it was probably the best thing one could ever learn how to ride on!
