Gents clock system

A Gents 'waiting train' mechanism (circa 1918) driving a tower clock dial and synchronised with and from a Gents Master Clock.
The tower clock system was rescued as it was about to be thrown into a skip during the demolition of the old IMI factory in Birmingham

Excellent video, Tony! Thanks for making and posting it. Unfortunately I missed it until I found a link on a forum.
May I suggest you edit the title and tags to include 'Pulsynetic' to aid specific searches?
This will hopefully increase the number of viewers. The video certainly deserves much more attention.
Unfortunately the Gents company name is too easily interchangeable with gent's wrist watches etc.
So "Gents" on its own is likely to produce only very generalised results in searches.

this is a waiting train tower clock the two big electro magnet pulls one long permanent magnet and the hook pulls hard pendulum the pendulum is swinging and turn the count wheel the count wheel drives worm the worm drives gear the gear the gear drives four way axle the four way axle drives four minute axle and hour axle on four dials
count wheel rotating 360 degrees equal to tower clock minute hand rotating to half minute if count wheel rotating 360 degrees the hook lift up the count wheel driving hook and count wheel stops rotating and tower clock hands are stopped and wait for the pulse from a master clock
