I love this idea! And I always appreciate your perspective on tarot, Natalia. 💖 I have had two questions that I ask myself on the daily for a couple of years now, and they switch depending on my mood, ha. Both prompts have come from phrases on oracle decks. "How can I connect to my heart" comes from a card in the Threads of Fate Oracle, and "How can I lead with joy" comes from the Morning Calm Oracle. I really love both and find them more helpful than the daily energy question. But I will try your idea too!
I love this! Choosing a card actively always felt like “cheating” to me, but the way you present it makes me realise that there’s no monitoring police telling us that this is our fate, we have no agency or power, that’s that… I feel excited and inspired by the thought of contributing my own energy, what I’m drawn to is also “valid”, and the really funny and somewhat subversive thing here is that doing this (what you propose) makes it more like a “game”, and we become active participants in the game of life. I LOVE it Natalia, I’m adopting this method with immediate effect🙏♥⭐
Love this video. For me, I usually ask the card for "what energy I need to tap into to achieve the best for myself and all for today", usually 1 tarot + 1 oracle. :)
What a fantastic video, thank you! I just read that Jung quote last night and I'm still sitting with it today, so hearing you say it today felt significant. This is a fantastic way to become more engaged in your own life on a daily basis and a great daily opportunity to practice creating, directing and manifesting your own magic. And it absolutely works on a psychological level as you will now be thinking in terms of resources, opportunities, and solutions. It's so much more empowering. And on days when you just need a bit more hand holding you can always draw a card for advice before intentionally selecting your "I propose" card.
@@tarotshrink Absolutely. And I'm also thinking that this approach makes our daily practice a lot more dynamic and engaging. I think a lot of people experience burnout and boredom around their daily tarot practice (I've certainly been there many times) and I think that a part of it is that we don't feel enough incentive and enough buy-in when it comes to using our decks to their full advantage and seeing actual measurable change and growth happen as a benefit of using tarot and oracle.
Really interesting - thank you! 💚 I'm sorry, Natalia, but it seems to me that your sound is getting worse. Some of what you say is difficult for me to hear. 🙏💜

Yes!!!!! Exactly!
Thoth is the BEST deck out there. Loved by me since I was 18yo. I’m 53 now. 💕💕💕
Totally agree 👍
This is a radically liberating way of reading tarot- thank you!
So glad to hear!
Great perspective- using tarot as a magical tool ❤and it makes you take a different look and understanding of the cards to frame them this way.
I really like this idea 😊
Thank you!
as always love your thoughts...also..you look amazing!!
Oh thank you!
I usually ask about what I need to know today.
This is an interesting idea
Great idea! Going to give this a go ❤
B I think you already a pro at this! You use cards as magical talismans all the time.
@@tarotshrink pffft! Look my dear, you touch and it’s magic! 💋

I love how you put it “thinking in terms of resources, opportunities, and solutions”! I find this way more empowering vs one card draw.

Sorry to hear that. I’ll see if I can have a mic closer to me next time.
