This seems like a pretty cool project, something I'd have to look more into. I could say that with over time, as the metal changes colors it'll help camouflage the house into its surroundings to an extent, but still looks pretty good.
I like corten cause it shows its age... like wood just happens a little faster Buildings that shoe age can be come timeless if in the right setting In a city... can be gimmicky... But in the forest...and situated next to a rail... Kinda would have a reminiscence to when you find an abandoned train
Patina is nice, green or orange. 8:25 like ugh 😂 People want what they want. They could at least had a ships ladder on casters. Vertical ladders are challenging for elders.
