The film's storyline was about the young Scottish Doctor that was drawn in by Amin's charismatic charm's, lie's, his somber policies & political agenda for Uganda's future in World affairs. Until Idi Amin's true sick personality had been fully disclosed too him. Then he realizes how he must help too eradicate the plague that Amin is head of. This is a must see film in my opinion & POV for the Millennium generations of new viewer's that need too be made aware of the Garbage that infects man's soul's.
