I saw a picture of Mount Kailash and Teotihuacan's Pyramid of the Sun in Mexico side by side and it was eerily similar, Mount Kailash does look like it has a staircase going up the middle of it. I believe its the largest pyramid and probably the oldest man made structure on the planet. It looks like it went through many different stages of harsh weather. Erosion comes to mind as well as massive heat or something that molted the mountain. Theres a spot near the top where there seems to be imprints of giant slabs of manmade brick as well as a passageway up to the top with steps. Truly unfathomable. Wish more was uncovered.

Mount Kailash isn't a pyramid, it is a naturally made mountain, a mountain with extreme weather conditions. And as people have been visiting it from thousands of years, they would have probably built a city or few homes to live or rest near the mountain.

Personally, I think no serious effort was made to climb it to respect the sentiments of the billions. with modern equipment this should be light work but people do not spend their month of time with no rewards, this same effort they can proudly say, I climbed Mt Everest. Say if the best of the climbers fail, then it goes beyond doubt about the mystic nature of Mount Kailash
